The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the size of the room exceeded our expectations! Front desk staff were welcoming and helped with a smooth check-in.

i was excited to stay at this hotel but was greeted with a cockroach in my room—really classy. their laundry service buzzed me at 8 AM, which is just too early. i expected some complimentary nescafe but had to hunt for it myself. almost left a good review but just couldn't. absoluteley disgraceful.

I encountered major issues during my stay. The noise from nearby nightlife was unbearable. I struggled to get any decent sleep, with sounds from clubs and next rooms keeping me awake. Additionally, the room had a prevalent cigarette odor that ruined my comfort, and the air conditioning was excessively cold despite my efforts to adjust it.

during my stay, I loved how you can walk to the beautiful Capital Garden in under 10 minutes, and there are so many dining spots like Transilvania Restaurant just a short stroll away, making it perfect for weekend explorations.
